Outside of the professional and educational spheres, I spend my time hanging out with family and friends, playing (and snuggling!) with my dogs and bunny, vegging out on home-cooked meals, and cheering on our favorite Chicago sports teams.

Fun fact: Our animals' names are Chicago-themed! Their names are Wrigley (Wrigley Field), Ivy (ivy at Wrigley) Payton (Walter Payton), and Bear (Chicago Bears).

When I'm looking to unwind and have a brain break, you can find me either (admittedly doom) scrolling on TikTok, catching up on my latest shows, or curling up with a good book.
