My Professional Journey
During my times at Bradley and Clemson, I was fortunate to experience a variety of opportunities that helped shape who I am today. Here, I will provide brief summaries of key experiences, highlighting the skills I gained and the positive impact I had on each organization.
Greenville Drive
Director of Creative Services
July 2025 I began my role as Director of Creative Services with the Greenville Drive, a High-A Affiliate of the Boston Red Sox. Here, I oversee the organization's creative direction across digital and in-game platforms. My responsibilities include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing the team's social media presence, and producing visual content that supports ticket sales, community engagement, partnerships, and brand initiatives. I lead the creation of graphics, photography, and videography while collaborating with departments across the organization to ensure consistent messaging and branding. From campaign planning to final execution, I manage the creative process for promotional events, merchandise launches, themed game nights, and partner activations, helping bring the Greenville Drive brand to life through engaging, fan-focused content.

Reading Royals
Video Production Intern
Prior to my current role, I interned with the Philadelphia Flyers' ECHL affiliate, the Reading Royals. Having only worked in the intercollegiate realm, I was incredibly excited to get a taste of working in a professional sports setting, especially when our work ensures a fun, safe environment and provides engaging entertainment for fans. This includes not only player profiles or audience-engaging videos that are seen on the video board but also the games played at intermission or at break zones, activities on the concourse (i.e., bracelet making), and having opportunities for fans to meet and interact with the best mascot in the ECHL, Slapshot.
It was hard to believe how much I learned not only about video production and content creation but about game operations as a whole at the professional sports level in a single season. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity to learn from one of the best production teams in the ECHL and to be able to continue growing as a video producer and aspiring sports content creator.

Bradley Athletics
Broadcast Crew
I began my broadcast career on Bradley's Production Crew filming various Bradley sports games for live broadcasts and managing in-venue music and graphics. Eager to expand my skills, I learned the ins and outs of being a sideline reporter through a connection with Utah Jazz's broadcast assistant, Amanda Smith, and attending online workshops hosted by then-NBA courtside reporter Kristen Ledlow. My role evolved to include filming b-roll for highlight packages, conducting interviews, and participating in post-game discussions on the Braves Vision YouTube channel, aiding in enhancing the broadcast group's reach and branding.
I had the honor of becoming the first sideline reporter in Bradley Athletics history in the Fall of 2019 where I was on the call for several women's volleyball and basketball games. Unfortunately, not long after my debut, the COVID-19 pandemic halted all broadcasts and sideline reporting. During this period, I worked remotely, creating athlete highlight packages (see Portfolio: Video Projects) and conducting a Zoom interview for a Bradley softball show on Braves Vision's YouTube channel.
In 2021, when it was safe to return to campus, I made my ESPN3 return as a color commentator for Bradley volleyball games. One of the challenges during these broadcasts was being in separate rooms from the play-by-play analyst due to COVID protocols. However, by leveraging our familiarity with each other's strengths and thorough pre-game communication, we seamlessly delivered engaging and insightful commentary leading to successful broadcasts.

Sports Information Director (SID) Intern
During the fall semester of 2021, in addition to my role with the broadcast crew, I interned under the Bradley men's basketball Sports Information Director (SID). I learned best practices for using Adobe Premiere and assisted in filming newcomer interviews for the "Meet the Newcomers" social media campaign on @BradleyUMBB on X. It wasn't long before I was tasked with editing entire Newcomer videos for this campaign. Additionally, this internship provided me with a firsthand look at the daily responsibilities of an SID and the various roles they must fulfill.
As a result of this experience, I developed a strong foundation in video production and gained a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted nature of sports information management.
Sigma Delta Tau (Alpha Upsilon)
Public Relations/Webmaster
In my role managing the Instagram and Facebook accounts for my sorority, I collaborated closely with various positions, including the Vice President of Philanthropy, to create social media campaigns for philanthropy events and fundraising efforts. I also worked with the Vice President of Recruitment to develop campaigns targeting potential new members, showcasing our sisterhood and the unique aspects of our chapter during both formal and informal recruitment seasons.
Additionally, I maintained a consistent online presence and supervised the online brand standards of both individual sisters and the official chapter accounts. I encouraged sisters to contribute content ideas and highlighted the accomplishments of individual members and the chapter as a whole, emphasizing our commitment to sisterhood and mutual support in personal and professional growth.
Through this experience, I enhanced my skills in social media management and campaign development, while fostering a strong sense of community and pride within the chapter.

Kesem at Bradley University
Alumni, Marketing, and PR (AMP) Coordinator
I felt a strong connection with Kesem's mission to provide year-round support and a free week of summer camp to kids affected by a parent or guardian's cancer. As the AMP Coordinator, I was able to assist in online fundraising efforts and spreading awareness for the organization through social media, allowing me to do something I was passionate about for something I was passionate about.
Given that the chapter was new, I was responsible for managing the chapter's Instagram (@kesem_bradley) and Facebook accounts, upholding brand standards, and creating social media campaigns to recruit coordinators and, later, counselors for the summer camp. I also provided content from the previous year's camp, showcasing the fun and supportive environment created by the chapter for the kids.
Furthermore, I developed social media strategies to market fundraising events on campus. During the pandemic, Kesem nationals launched a campaign called Bring the Magic Home to fundraise for the virtual version of Camp Kesem, called Kesem at Home. Collaborating with the entire chapter, I led and managed our chapter's campaign, creating a social media calendar and planning content for each day. Nationals recognized our chapter's social media efforts, and we raised $3, 299, allowing 38 campers to attend Kesem at Home at no cost.
Throughout Kesem at Home, I provided daily content and updates on Instagram and Facebook to keep families informed and show donors the impact of their contributions. This experience enhanced my skills in social media management and campaign development while making a significant positive impact on the lives of the campers and their families.
